Burial scheduled between our funeral home and cemetery only. No family present at the cemetery. This service include:
- Basic services: Funeral Director, Staff, and Overhead.
- Transport deceased to our funeral home (within our regular service area).
- Refrigeration care for up to 7 days.
- Note: Viewing is an additional charge. Casketing the remains, Transport deceased to the cemetery (Eugene/Springfield area)
- Casket, outer burial container, and cemetery charge are extra.
- File the death certificate with the state of Oregon.
- Forward death certificate to doctor for signature.
