Sylvia Ruth Barnett -Lavender passed away at 82 on Monday May 13, 2024 doing one of her favorite things, visiting the desert with the love of her life, Norman Lavender. Sylvia was born on March 29th, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Clabern Columbus Barnett and Virginia Genevieve Plouch -Barnett.In 1961 Sylvia graduated from Rocky Ford High School in Colorado....
